Benjamin L. Lipson is the founder and managing broker of Icon Realty Management and Icon Realty Brokerage. He is a Florida licensed real estate broker, community association manager, and general lines insurance agent, and an attorney admitted to practice in Florida. Benjamin oversees the firms’ property management and brokerage operations, serving residential property owners and investors throughout South Florida.
Benjamin is a longtime South Florida resident and is actively involved in the local community. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Broward County Bar Association, and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County. He has also served as an IRS-certified volunteer tax preparer through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program in Broward County.
Benjamin earned a B.A. in Communication from the University of Central Florida in 2012 and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in 2015.
Benjamin also serves as editor of HateHOA.com, an educational publication of Icon Realty that examines Florida condominium and homeowners association issues from the owner side. Articles provide practical analysis and useful takeaways for unit owners, homeowners, rental property owners, tenants, and other community residents.
